WordPress templates and themes are not exactly the same thing. Many people use the terms interchangeably but technically you should think of the theme as the "skin" for your site and the templates are the pieces of the puzzle put together by a theme to make your site whole. Different themes may use the various template "pieces" in different ways to create the overall look of your site.

template represent the over all look of the site . If you need wordpress template just seach it on google and upload it. after upload activate the template. it will work like a website
