Google search opens html script. ?

Nulled when i google search something and it pulls up all the links, when i click on one it will load the html script for the web site instead of showing the actual web site. can someone please tell me whats going on

Upon hitting the submit button I want to check to see if the text boxes are null or not. below in my javascript where I am just messing with the first box (I didn't yet write anything for the 2nd box yet. ) But when I type in something it keeps on coming up if the value is null or isn't null. After the software installs a HTML help file (several files tied together with navigation) will be on the user's machine. I'd like to add search to those pages that doesn't require the user to go online. I think there must be some kind of script, but I don't know enough to phrase the search correctly, I guess.
